I'm sending off film tomorrow, Holga, Half Frame Camera, and 35mm. Keep checking back you two. Here's some stuff from the Spiral Jetty from March '08. Go there sometime, it's amazing.
haha, last week i starting working on a watercolor marker painting of those pier posts from one of my images of that trip. should be done by early next week. that place is awesome, just make sure your car has adequate clearance and gas...
what's even funnier is i just noticed that the photo i'm basing my painting on was taken as you were standing where you took your photo, possibly as you were taking your photo.
if we didn't keep missing turns/making wrong ones, then then gas problem wouldn't have been as bad, but that's just how we did it. if one of us didn't have a 2x4 in their finger or there weren't secret agent park rangers in the bushes then our trips were have just been mundance. for the person other than Jeff that checks his site, here's a link to my h2o-color painting of the Spiral Pier Posts: http://www.flickr.com/photos/wyndawson/3945140599/
